Based in DFW, Jacob and Alli Miller want to run a business that deeply cares about their employees and customers

Our Why

Second Ventures: The Right Partner

Jacob founded Second Ventures with one simple goal: to operate one business with integrity. His father set the standard in his own small business—he cared for employees like family, always gave customers the benefit of the doubt, and never missed a payment he owed.

Alli’s family is from a small farm town in Nebraska. Her grandpa bought a grain elevator and made it a family business. She got to see him care for his family, provide for his employees, and give back to his community generously.

Together, we hope to continue our family’s legacy of hard work, honesty, and genuine care for people.

Outside of Work

Service is important to us. We both serve at Grapevine YoungLife and dedicate time to mentoring and showing up for our high school kids.

Alli is also in training to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate and help improve the lives of children in foster care.
